In this document, you can find step-by-step tutorials illustrating how to solve various tasks via the Admin Panel user interface.

Manage Exchange Users

The tutorials in this section describe how to manage and configure user profiles, as well as monitor user activity and access the history of user transfers and trades.

Change User Role⠀

Important

This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

Note

You cannot customize roles for users whose profile status is set to Terminated. See Restrict Access or Delete a User to learn how to change a user profile status.

To customize roles assigned to an exchange user, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Users in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate a required user profile in the list. You can use the search panel to find a user by an email or nickname.

  3. Click the pencil icon in the right part of a corresponding table row. If a tile layout is selected to present data on this page, click the details button (⋮) displayed on a corresponding tile next to the user status and select Edit role(s).

  4. In the dialog window that is invoked, expand the Roles menu and select one or more roles to assign to the user.

Note

  1. Click Proceed to save the changes and close the dialog window.

Restrict Access or Delete a User

Important

This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

By default, each user profile is assigned the Active status, indicating that a user has full access to the exchange and can perform any operations on it according to assigned user roles.

To change the status of a user profile, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Users in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate a required user profile in the list. You can use the search panel to find a user by an email or nickname.

  3. Click the gear icon in the right part of a corresponding table row. If a tile layout is selected to present data on this page, click the details button (⋮) displayed on a corresponding tile next to the user status and select Change status.

  4. In the drop-down menu that is displayed, select one of the following statuses to assign to the user profile:

  • Frozen — a user is temporarily not allowed to perform any actions on the exchange while retaining read-only access to it

  • Terminated — a user is permanently denied access to the exchange and is no longer allowed to perform any actions on it

Important

Once a user profile has been terminated, it cannot be restored.

  1. To save the changes, click Proceed in the confirmation window that is invoked.

View User Account Activity

To view a log of user sessions on the exchange, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Users in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate a required user profile in the list. You can use the search panel to find a user by an email or nickname.

  3. Click a corresponding table row. If a tile layout is selected to present data on this page, click a corresponding tile displaying information about the user.

  4. On the User Details screen that is displayed, switch to the Login Info tab where you can find the following information:

  • Login At — indicates the date and time when the user has been logged in to the system

  • IP — indicates the IP address of each user session

  • Country — indicates the user location determined based on the IP address

View User Transfer History

To view a history of transfers made by an exchange user, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Transfers in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate a required user profile in the list. You can use the search panel to find a user by an email or nickname.

Note

You can click the funnel button displayed at the top of this screen to display only transfers made during a certain time period and/or corresponding to a specified transfer type (deposit or withdrawal) and asset name.

View User Trade History

To view a history of trades executed by an exchange user, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Transactions > Trades in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate a required user profile in the list displayed on the Transactions / Trades screen. You can use the search panel to find a user by an email or nickname. Alternatively, you can find a specific order by its ID by selecting a corresponding option in the menu displayed next to the search panel.

Note

When searching for trades executed by a specific user, you can click the funnel button displayed at the top of this screen to display only trades executed during a certain time period and/or corresponding to a specified order type (limit or market), market and status.

Filter Users by Asset

To view information about user balances on accounts opened for a specific asset, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Balances > Assets in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Enter a required asset name (such as BTC) in the search panel displayed at the top of the screen.

In a table displayed on this screen, you can see the aggregate balance on accounts opened for a selected asset on behalf of each user in conversion to a root asset of the exchange (for example, USD).

Upon clicking a row in this table, you can view detailed information about the selected asset amount at a user’s disposal. You can click the ellipsis button displayed in the right part of a corresponding table row to access information about user transfers and orders.

Monitor Transfers⠀

The tutorials in this section describe how to monitor user transfers.

Generate Overall Transfer Report

To generate a summary report containing data about transfers made by exchange users, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Transfers in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. To display transfers made by a specific user, use the search panel to specify a user email or nickname. In addition, you can click the funnel button displayed at the top of this screen to display only transfers made during a certain time period and/or corresponding to a specified transfer type (deposit or withdrawal) and asset name.

Note

The data included in the created Excel file will match the currently applied sorting and filtering criteria.

Exporting large quantities of data may take a lot of time. For this reason, we recommend that you limit the number of data records included in the resulting Excel file.

  1. Click the XLS icon in the upper right part of the page to prepare a report.

  2. Click the Download icon (↓) in the upper right part of the page to view a list of generated reports.

Note

  • The most recently generated report is located at the top of the list

  • Reports are downloaded as .xlsx files

  • Once a report is downloaded, it is removed from the list

  1. Click the Download icon (↓) displayed next to a created report to download it.

Filter Transfer Records

To filter data related to user transfers, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Transfers in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. To display transfers made by a specific user, use the search panel to specify a user email or nickname.

  3. In addition, you can click the funnel button displayed at the top of this screen to display only transfers made during a certain time period and/or corresponding to a specified transfer type (deposit or withdrawal) and asset name.

Monitor Trades⠀

The tutorials in this section describe how to monitor user trades.

View Trade Counterparty Details

To find out which counterparties have participated in a specific transaction, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Transactions > Trades in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate a required trade in the list. You can use the search panel to find a specific trade by its ID by selecting a corresponding option in the menu displayed next to the search panel.

  3. The email of a party that has initiated the trade is displayed in the trades list. Click a trade in the list to display its details and locate the Counterparty ID in a corresponding table column.

View Details of Trade Participants

To access detailed information about a trade, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Transactions > Trades in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate a required trade in the list. You can use the search panel to find a specific trade by its ID by selecting a corresponding option in the menu displayed next to the search panel.

  3. Click the ellipsis button displayed on the right side of a row corresponding to a required trade to view detailed information about the transaction.

View Order ID of the Trade

To find out the identifier of an order associated with a specific trade, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Transactions > Trades in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate a required trade in the list. You can use the search panel to find a specific trade by its ID by selecting a corresponding option in the menu displayed next to the search panel.

  3. Locate a required trade in the trades list and click it to display its details. A related Order ID is displayed in a corresponding table column.

Note

A single limit order may be executed in multiple trades, in which case you can see multiple order IDs in the details table.

View Trades for Specific Market

To display information about trades corresponding to a specific market, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Transactions > Trades in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Click the funnel button displayed at the top of this screen and select a required currency pair in the Market field.

  3. Click Apply filters to view information related to the selected market.

View Total Traded Volume in Asset

To learn about the total asset volume traded on the exchange, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Commissions > Assets in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate a required asset in the list. You can use the search panel to find a specific asset by its name (such as BTC).

  3. Locate the Volume USD column displaying the total traded volume of the asset. This value is converted to a root asset of the exchange (USD in this example).

View User Traded Volume in Asset

To learn about the total volume traded by a specific user, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to PnL > User PnL in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate a required user in the list. You can use the search panel to find a user by an email or nickname.

  3. Locate the Volume USD column displaying the total volume of assets traded by the user. This value is converted to a root asset of the exchange (USD in this example).

View Total Traded Volume

To learn about the total volume of assets traded on the exchange, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Commissions > Assets in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate the Total Volume (USD) field displayed at the top of the page. This value is converted to a root asset of the exchange (USD in this example).

Roll Back Trade

Important

This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

Note

You can only revert trades executed by users with the Frozen profile status.

To revert a trade executed by an exchange user, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Dealing > Roll-Back in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Specify the day on which a trade has been executed using the Date field displayed at the top of the screen.

  3. Specify the period during the day within which the trade has occurred.

  4. In addition, you can specify a user who has executed the trade as well as a corresponding market.

  5. Click Search to find trades meeting the specified criteria.

  6. Locate the required trade in the list and click the Revert position button (↩).

Note

A single limit order may be executed in multiple trades. To revert a particular trade executed as part of a limit order, click the ellipsis button next to an entry displayed in the list. To roll back a trade, enable a corresponding check box displayed next to it and click Revert.

As a result, the selected trades will change their status to Reverted and the user balances on deposit accounts nominated in corresponding currencies will be updated to reflect the changes.

Manage Orders⠀

The tutorials in this section describe how to manage and monitor user orders.

Filter Orders

To view orders meeting specific criteria, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Transactions > Orders in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. To find orders opened by a specific user, you can specify the user email or nickname in the search panel displayed at the top of the screen. Alternatively, you can find a specific order by its ID by using a corresponding search panel.

  3. By default, only orders placed during the last week are displayed on this screen. You can display orders opened during the last hour, six hours or one day by clicking a corresponding button at the top of the screen.

  4. In addition, you can click the funnel icon displayed in the top-right section of the screen to display only orders placed during a certain time period and/or corresponding to a specified order type (limit or market), market (currency pair) and status. Click Apply filters to view information related to orders meeting the specified criteria.

View Details of Limit Orders

To view detailed information about a limit order, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Transactions > Orders in the Admin Panel main menu.

Note

By default, only orders placed during the last week are displayed on this screen. You can display orders opened during the last hour, six hours or one day by clicking a corresponding button at the top of the screen. Alternatively, you can specify a custom time period in the Filter dialog described below.

  1. Click the funnel icon displayed in the top-right section of the screen and select Limit in the Order Type drop-down list.

  2. Click Apply filters to view a list of limit orders opened during the specified time period.

  3. Click an entry in the orders list to view details about a corresponding order.

Cancel Working Limit Order

Important

This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

To cancel an open limit order, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Transactions > Orders in the Admin Panel main menu.

Note

By default, only orders placed during the last week are displayed on this screen. You can display orders opened during the last hour, 6 hours or 1 day by clicking a corresponding button at the top of the screen. Alternatively, you can specify a custom time period in the Filter dialog described below.

  1. Click the funnel icon displayed in the top-right section of the screen and specify the following filtering criteria:

  • Set the Order Status to Working

  • Set the Order Type to Limit

  1. Click Apply filters to view a list of orders meeting the specified criteria.

  2. Locate a required order in the list and click the Delete button (x) on the right side of a corresponding row.

  3. In the dialog window that is invoked, click Proceed to cancel the order.

Cancel All Active Limit Orders

Important

This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

Proceed as follows to cancel all open limit orders placed on a specific market and forbid users to place new orders on it:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Markets in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Use the search panel displayed at the top of the screen to locate a required market (for example, LTC/BTC).

  3. Select a list entry corresponding to the specified market and click the gear icon displayed on the right side of the row.

  4. In the dialog window that is invoked, expand the Status drop-down list and select Halted.

  5. Click Proceed to close the dialog window and apply the changes.

Manage Markets⠀

The tutorials in this section describe how to manage and customize markets.

Add a New Market

Important

This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

To add a new market to the exchange, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Markets in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Click the Add market button displayed at the top of this screen.

  3. In the Add market dialog that is invoked, specify the following market settings:

  • Maker Fee — the commission rate applied to market makers that provide market liquidity. This value is normalized to 0–1 range: for example, 0.05 will indicate a fee of 5%. A maker fee of 5% is considered substantial and may be detrimental to business.

  • Taker Fee — the commission rate applied to market takers that diminish market liquidity. This value is normalized to 0–1 range: for example, 0.05 will indicate a fee of 5%. A taker fee of 5% is considered substantial and may be detrimental to business.

  • BaseCurrency — the base asset, also called transaction currency, which is the first currency appearing in a currency pair.

  • QuoteCurrency — the quote asset, also called counter currency, which is the second currency appearing in a currency pair (both direct and indirect). It is used to determine the value of the base asset.

  • Status — the market status, indicating whether new trades can be currently placed on this market.

    For newly created markets, Status can only be set to Halted. To allow trading on the created market, locate it on the Settings > Markets page and set the market Status to Open. For detailed instructions, see Change Market Status.

  • Price scale — the number of decimal places displayed for trade prices, which also determines the minimum allowed trade price. Usually, this value is equal to the Scale specified for a quote currency in the pair. This value cannot be greater than the quote currency scale and must be within 2–18 range.

  • Amount scale — the number of decimal places displayed for trade amounts, which also determines the minimum allowed trade amount. Usually, this value is equal to the Scale specified for a base currency in the pair. This value cannot be greater than the base currency scale and must be within 2–18 range.

  • Order Price Deviation — the allowed price deviation for limit orders placed on the market, upon exceeding which (that is, upon deviating too much from the best bid or ask prices) an order will be rejected. This value is normalized to 0–1 range (for example, 0.15 will indicate an allowed price deviation of 15%) and cannot exceed 1.

  • Minimal Amount — the minimum allowed amount for orders placed on this market. Orders with a lesser amount will be rejected.

  • Disable Tier Fees — specifies whether tier commissions apply to the market

  • Only Sell — specifies whether only sell orders are allowed on this market

  • Only Buy — specifies whether only buy orders are allowed on this market

  1. Click Proceed to create a new market and close the dialog window.

Change Market Visibility

Important

This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

To toggle market visibility on the exchange, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Markets in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Use the search panel displayed at the top of the screen to locate a required market (for example, LTC/BTC).

  3. Locate a list entry corresponding to the specified market and toggle the Visible switch to make markets visible or invisible for users of the exchange:

  • Visible — the market appears in the UI available to exchange users

  • Invisible — the market is hidden from the UI available to exchange users but still accepts orders via API

Change Market Status

Important

This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

To change the market status, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Markets in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Use the search panel displayed at the top of the screen to locate a required market (for example, LTC/BTC).

  3. Select a list entry corresponding to the specified market and click the gear icon displayed on the right side of the row.

  4. In the dialog window that is invoked, select one of the following values in the Status drop-down list:

  • Open — the market is operating properly and accepts orders via UI and API

  • Paused — the market stops accepting incoming orders via UI and API (previously placed limit orders still await execution)

  • Halted — the market stops accepting incoming orders via UI and API, all open limit orders are cancelled

  1. Click Proceed to close the dialog window and apply the changes.

Restrict Market from Placing New Orders

Important

This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

Proceed as follows to prevent exchange users from placing new orders on a specific market:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Markets in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Use the search panel displayed at the top of the screen to locate a required market (for example, LTC/BTC).

  3. Select a list entry corresponding to the specified market and click the gear icon displayed on the right side of the row.

  4. In the dialog window that is invoked, set the Status option to Paused.

  5. Click Proceed to close the dialog window and apply the changes.

Manage Assets⠀

The tutorials in this section describe how to manage assets.

Create a New Asset

Important

This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

To add a new asset to the exchange, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Assets in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Click the Add asset button displayed at the top of this screen.

  3. In the Add asset dialog that is invoked, specify the following asset settings:

  • Asset Symbol — the unique identifier of the asset. Typically, it is a shortened version of the asset name (such as BTC for Bitcoin), which is used to identify markets (such as BTC/EUR).

  • Asset Name — the original asset name, which is usually defined by a token proprietor during ICO.

  • Withdrawal Fee — the fee charged for withdrawing funds denominated in this asset. This value is read-only and is configured in the system which you use to withdraw and deposit funds. This value is normalized to 0–1 range.

  • Scale — The number of decimal places displayed for asset amounts, which also determines the Price Scale and Amount Scale limits for related markets. This value must be within 2–18 range.

  • Can Deposit — specifies whether users are allowed to make deposit transfers with the asset.

  • Can Withdraw — specifies whether users are allowed to make withdrawal transfers with the asset.

  1. Click Proceed to create a new asset and close the dialog window.

Restrict Withdrawal from Asset

Important

This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

To restrict withdrawal of a specific asset, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Assets in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate a required asset in the list. You can use the search panel displayed at the top of the screen to find the asset in question (for example, BTC).

  3. Select a list entry corresponding to the specified market and click the gear icon displayed on the right side of the row.

  4. In the dialog window that is invoked, disable the Can Withdraw option.

  5. Click Proceed to apply the changes and close the dialog window.

Monitor User Balances⠀

The tutorials in this section describe how to monitor user balances.

View User Aggregated Balance

The aggregate balance is a sum of all assets available on a user’s deposit accounts. This value is converted to a root asset of the exchange (for example, USD).

To learn about the aggregate balance of a specific user, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Balances > Users in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate a required user profile in the list. You can use the search panel to find a user by an email or nickname.

  3. Locate the Ag. Balance (USD) column in a corresponding row displaying the user’s aggregate balance.

View User Available Asset Amount

The available asset amount indicates the amount of assets that remain at a user’s disposal and can be withdrawn from deposit accounts considering all open limit orders placed by the user by this time (Available assets = Total assets - Locked assets).

To learn about the amount of any asset currently available to a specific user, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Balances > Users in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate a required user profile in the list. You can use the search panel to find a user by an email or nickname.

  3. Click a corresponding entry in the users list and locate the following columns in the assets list that is displayed:

  • Available Amount Asset — indicates the asset amount currently available to a user

  • Available Amount USD — indicates the asset amount available to a user in conversion to a root asset of the exchange (USD in this example)

View Total Asset Amount

The total asset amount indicates the overall amount of an asset remaining on corresponding deposit accounts of all exchange users (Total assets = Available assets + Locked assets)

Proceed as follows to learn about the total amount of a specific asset currently available to all exchange users:

  1. Navigate to Commissions > Assets in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate the following columns in the assets list that is displayed:

  • Asset Amount — indicates the total asset amount remaining on corresponding accounts of all exchange users

  • Asset USD Amount — indicates the total asset amount in conversion to a root asset of the exchange (USD in this example)

Configure Commissions⠀

The tutorials in this section describe how to manage and monitor commissions (fees) charged for performing various operations on the exchange.

View User Paid Commission

Navigate to any of the following Admin Panel sections to learn about total commissions paid by a specific user:

Commissions > Users

  1. Navigate to Commissions > Users in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate a required user profile in the list. You can use the search panel to find a user by an email or nickname.

  3. Locate the Commissions (USD) column in a corresponding row displaying the total commissions paid by the user. This value is converted to a root asset of the exchange (USD in this example).

PnL > User PnL

  1. Navigate to PnL > User PnL in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate a required user profile in the list. You can use the search panel to find a user by an email or nickname.

  3. Locate the Commissions (USD) column in a corresponding row displaying the total commissions paid by the user. This value is converted to a root asset of the exchange (USD in this example).

View User Paid Commission in Asset

Navigate to any of the following Admin Panel sections to learn about commissions paid by a specific user for operations with a certain asset:

Commissions > Users

  1. Navigate to Commissions > Users in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate a required user profile in the list. You can use the search panel to find a user by an email or nickname.

  3. Click a corresponding row in the users list.

  4. Switch to the Assets tab on the screen that is displayed.

  5. Locate the following columns in the assets list:

  • Commission Amount — indicates the total commissions paid by the user for operations with a corresponding asset

  • Commission USD — indicates the total commissions paid by the user in conversion to a root asset of the exchange (USD in this example)

PnL > User PnL

  1. Navigate to PnL > User PnL in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate a required user profile in the list. You can use the search panel to find a user by an email or nickname.

  3. Click a corresponding row in the users list.

  4. Switch to the Assets tab on the screen that is displayed.

  5. Locate the following columns in the assets list:

  • Commission Asset — indicates the total commissions paid by the user for operations with a corresponding asset

  • Commission USD — indicates the total commissions paid by the user for operations with a corresponding asset, in conversion to a root asset of the exchange (USD in this example)

View Total Paid Commission

Navigate to any of the following Admin Panel sections to learn about total commissions paid by all exchange users:

Commissions > Assets

  1. Navigate to Commissions > Assets in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate the Total Commission (USD) field displayed at the top of the screen, indicating the total commissions paid by all exchange users in conversion to a root asset of the exchange (USD in this example)

PnL > User PnL

  1. Navigate to PnL > User PnL in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate the Total Commission (USD) field displayed at the top of the screen, indicating the total commissions paid by all exchange users in conversion to a root asset of the exchange (USD in this example)

View Total Paid Commission in Asset

Navigate to any of the following Admin Panel sections to learn about total commissions paid by all exchange users for operations with a specific asset:

Commissions > Assets

  1. Navigate to Commissions > Assets in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate the following columns in the assets list:

  • Commission Amount — indicates the total commissions paid by all users for operations with a corresponding asset

  • Commission USD — indicates the total commissions paid by all users for operations with a corresponding asset, in conversion to a root asset of the exchange (USD in this example)

PnL > User PnL

  1. Navigate to PnL > Exch Asset PnL in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate a required asset in the list. You can use the search panel to find a specific asset by its name (such as BTC).

  3. Locate the following columns in a row corresponding to the selected asset:

  • Commission Asset — indicates the total commissions paid by all users for operations with the asset

  • Commission USD — indicates the total commissions paid by all users for operations with the asset, in conversion to a root asset of the exchange (USD in this example)

Manage Tiers

The tutorials in this section describe how to manage tiers to apply varying commission rates to different kinds of users and operations.

Add a New Tier

Important

This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

To introduce a new tier to the exchange, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Commissions > Tiers in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Switch to the Tiers tab.

  3. In the drop-down list displayed at the top of the screen, select a tier group to which a new tier will be added.

  4. Click the Add Tier button displayed at the top of the screen.

  5. In a dialog window that is invoked, specify the following tier settings:

  • Description — the tier title displayed in the Admin Panel UI

  • Volume — the minimum asset volume that should traded for special fees to apply to the trade

  • Volume Currency — the root asset of the exchange (for example, USD), in which the traded asset volume is measured

  • Maker Fee — the commission rate applied to market makers providing liquidity to the exchange

  • Taker Fee — the commission rate applied to market takers diminishing liquidity of the exchange

  • Group ID — the tier group to which the tier will be added

  1. Click Proceed to apply the changes and close the dialog window.

Edit Tier Settings

Important

This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

To customize tier settings, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Commissions > Tiers in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Switch to the Tiers tab.

  3. In the drop-down list displayed at the top of the screen, select a tier group containing a tier that you wish to customize.

  4. Locate a required tier in the tiers list and click the pencil icon displayed on the right side of a corresponding row.

  5. In a dialog window that is invoked, you can customize the following tier settings:

  • Description — the tier title displayed in the Admin Panel UI

  • Volume — the minimum asset volume that should traded for special fees to apply to the trade

  • Maker Fee — the commission rate applied to market makers providing liquidity to the exchange

  • Taker Fee — the commission rate applied to market takers diminishing liquidity of the exchange

  1. Click Proceed to apply the changes and close the dialog window.

Delete a Tier

Important

This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

To delete a tier, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Commissions > Tiers in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Switch to the Tiers tab.

  3. In the drop-down list displayed at the top of the screen, select a tier group containing a tier that you wish to delete.

  4. Locate a required tier in the tiers list and click the basket icon displayed on the right side of a corresponding row.

  5. In the confirmation window that is displayed, click Delete to remove the tier.

Manage Commission Groups

The tutorials in this section describe how to manage tier groups.

Select a Group

Proceed as follows to select a tier group and manage tiers belonging to it:

  1. Navigate to Commissions > Tiers in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. In the drop-down list displayed at the top of the screen, select a tier group containing tiers that you wish to manage.

  3. You can view and manage the tier group settings on the Markets, Tiers and VIP Commission tabs.

Add a Group

Important

This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

To introduce a new tier group to the exchange, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Commissions > Tiers in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Click the Add group button (+) located next to the tier selector displayed at the top of the screen.

  3. In the dialog window that is invoked, specify the tier group Description.

  4. Click Proceed to save the changes and close the dialog window.

Edit a Group

Important

This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

Proceed as follows to customize the description of an existing tier group:

  1. Navigate to Commissions > Tiers in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. In the drop-down list displayed at the top of the screen, select a tier group that you wish to customize.

  3. Click the gear icon located next to the tier selector displayed at the top of the screen and select the Edit group command.

  4. In the dialog window that is invoked, specify a new group Description.

  5. Click Proceed to save the changes and close the dialog window.

Delete a Group

Important

This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

To delete a tier group, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Commissions > Tiers in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. In the drop-down list displayed at the top of the screen, select a tier group that you wish to delete.

  3. Click the gear icon located next to the tier selector displayed at the top of the screen and select the Delete group command.

  4. In the confirmation window that is invoked, click Delete to confirm the action.

Manage VIP Commissions

The tutorials in this section describe how to configure personalized commission rates applied to valuable exchange users.

View VIP Commission

Proceed as follows to view personalized commission rates specified for a certain tier group:

  1. Navigate to Commissions > Tiers in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. In the drop-down list displayed at the top of the screen, select a required tier group.

  3. Switch to the VIP Commission tab displaying personalized commission rates specified for the selected group.

Add VIP Commission

Important

This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

Proceed as follows to specify personalized commission rates for a tier group:

  1. Navigate to Commissions > Tiers in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. In the drop-down list displayed at the top of the screen, select a required tier group.

  3. Switch to the VIP Commission tab and click the Add Commission button.

  4. In the dialog window that is invoked, specify the following VIP tier settings:

  • Roles — the role assigned to users eligible for personalized commission rates (this value should be set to VIP)

  • Maker Fee — the commission rate applied to market makers providing liquidity to the exchange

  • Taker Fee — the commission rate applied to market takers diminishing liquidity of the exchange

  • Group Name — the name of a tier group to which personalized commission rates will be applied

  1. Click Proceed to save the changes and close the dialog window.

Edit VIP Commission

Important

This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

Proceed as follows to customize personalized commission rates applied to a tier group:

  1. Navigate to Commissions > Tiers in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. In the drop-down list displayed at the top of the screen, select a required tier group.

  3. Switch to the VIP Commission tab and select a required offering in the tiers list.

  4. Click the pencil icon displayed on the right side of a corresponding row.

  5. In the dialog window that is invoked, you can customize any of the following tier settings:

  • Roles — the role assigned to users eligible for personalized commission rates (this value should be set to VIP)

  • Maker Fee — the commission rate applied to market makers providing liquidity to the exchange

  • Taker Fee — the commission rate applied to market takers diminishing liquidity of the exchange

  • Group Name — the name of a tier group to which personalized commission rates will be applied

  1. Click Proceed to save the changes and close the dialog window.

Delete VIP Commission

Important

This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

Proceed as follows to remove a personalized commission offering from a tier group:

  1. Navigate to Commissions > Tiers in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. In the drop-down list displayed at the top of the screen, select a required tier group.

  3. Switch to the VIP Commission tab and select a required offering in the tiers list.

  4. Click the basket icon displayed on the right side of a corresponding row.

  5. In the confirmation window that is invoked, click Delete to confirm the action.

Manage Market General Commission

Important

This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

Proceed as follows to configure commission rates applied to a specific market:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Markets in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate a required market in the list. You can use the search panel to find a specific market by its name (for example, LTC/BTC).

  3. Select the market in the list and click the gear icon displayed on the right side of a corresponding row.

  4. In the dialog window that is invoked, specify the following values:

  • Maker Fee — the commission rate applied to market makers providing liquidity to the market

  • Taker Fee — the commission rate applied to market takers diminishing liquidity of the market

Note

These settings can be customized only when the Tier Fees option is disabled.

  1. Click Proceed to apply the changes and close the dialog window.

Switch between Tier and General Commission

Important

This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

Proceed as follows to specify whether commission rates should be applied to a specific market based on general market settings or a corresponding tier:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Markets in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate a required market in the list. You can use the search panel to find a specific market by its name (for example, LTC/BTC).

  3. Select the market in the list and click the gear icon displayed on the right side of a corresponding row.

  4. In the dialog window that is invoked, toggle the Disable Tier Commission flag to specify whether special tier commissions or general market fees should apply to this market.

  5. Click Proceed to apply the changes and close the dialog window.

Use Arbitrage Tools

The tutorials in this section describe how to use arbitrage tools for monitoring trading strategies employed by exchange users.

View Trading Frequency

Proceed as follows to monitor frequency at which trades are executed on the exchange:

  1. Navigate to Dealing > Arbitrage in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Switch to the Trading rates tab.

  3. Specify the Time interval indicating the rate at which trading statistics is updated.

  4. Click Run Monitoring to start collecting statistics related to trading frequency and receive push notifications informing you about the most recent trades.

Note

After monitoring is enabled, you can switch to other Admin Panel sections without interrupting the process.

View Arbitrage Polygon

Proceed as follows to ensure that exchange users do not employ unfair arbitrage strategies:

  1. Navigate to Dealing > Arbitrage in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Switch to the Arbitrage tab.

  3. Specify the Time interval indicating the rate at which trading statistics is updated.

  4. Click Run Monitoring to start collecting data related to trading strategies employed by exchange users and receive push notifications informing you about suspicious strategies.

Note

After monitoring is enabled, you can switch to other Admin Panel sections without interrupting the process.

Monitor Dealing⠀Status

The tutorials in this section describe how to use the risk monitoring and trade monitoring features.

Run the Risk Monitor

To view up-to-date information about asset amounts traded on the exchange, navigate to Dealing > Risk Monitor in the Admin Panel main menu.

The data displayed on this page is updated every 60 seconds. You can analyze this data to detect any anomalies and prevent risks to customer assets.

Run the Trade Monitor

Proceed as follows to monitor trades executed on the exchange:

  1. Navigate to Dealing > Trade Monitor in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Specify the Time interval indicating the rate at which trading statistics is updated.

  3. Click Run Monitoring to start obtaining trading-related data.

Monitor PnL⠀

In this section, you can learn how to view the net profit-loss calculated for individual exchange users or traded assets.

View User PnL in Asset

Proceed as follows to access the net profit-loss data for an exchange user:

  1. Navigate to PnL > User PnL in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate a required user profile in the list. You can use the search panel to find a user by an email or nickname.

  3. Locate the following columns in a correponding row:

Realized PnL (USD) — indicates the net profit-loss index calculated based on the history of trades executed by a user; this value is converted to a root asset of the exchange (USD in this example)

Unrealized PnL (USD) — indicates the net profit-loss index calculated based on fluctuations of the price of assets traded by a user; this value is converted to a root asset of the exchange (USD in this example)

  1. To view aggregate profit-loss metrics for each asset traded by a user, click an entry in the users list. The asset PnL is displayed in the Realized PnL column across each user asset.

Customize Exchange Settings⠀

The tutorials in this section describe how to manage the exchange settings and configure user profiles with administrator permissions.

Set Up a New Admin User

Important

This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

Proceed as follows to create a new user profile with administrator permissions:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Admin Users in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Click the Add User button displayed at the top of the screen.

  3. In the dialog window that is invoked, specify the following settings:

  • E-mail — the user email that will be used to log in to the exchange

  • Nickname — the user name displayed in the Admin Panel; can include only alphanumeric symbols, without special characters and blank spaces

  • Password — the user password; should contain at least six characters including both uppercase and lowercase Latin alphabet letters, as well as special characters and digits

  • Role — one of the following roles can be assigned to users granting them access to the Admin Panel:

    • Support — users with this role are permitted to change the status of other users and cancel (roll back) trades

    • Admin — users with this role are permitted to change the status of other users, update the market status, assign user roles, specify commissions charged for trades and withdrawal transfers, as well as set new passwords for exchange users

  • Enable Two FA (recommended) — enables two-factor authentication for users with administrator permissions, after which they will be prompted to enter a unique temporary 2FA verification code upon singing in; this code is sent to the user email upon each login attempt

  1. Click Proceed to save the changes and close the dialog window.

Change Admin User Password

Important

This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

Proceed as follows to change the password for a user with administrator permissions:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Admin Users in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate a required user profile in the list. You can use the search panel to find a user by an email or nickname.

  3. Select a corresponding entry in the users list and click the gear icon displayed at the top of a details page that has been loaded.

  4. In the dialog window that is invoked, click Change Password.

  5. Specify a new password and click Proceed to apply the changes.

Note

A new password should differ from the current password and contain at least six characters including both uppercase and lowercase Latin alphabet letters, as well as special characters and digits.

Attention

Upon saving the changes, the previous password becomes invalid and can no longer be used to access the Admin Panel.

View Admin User Login Info

Proceed as follows to view information about login sessions of a user with administrator permissions:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Admin Users in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Locate a required user profile in the list. You can use the search panel to find a user by an email or nickname.

  3. Click a user in the list and locate the session information in the Login Info tab.

Change Time Zone

Proceed as follows to change the time-zone settings applied to the Admin Panel:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Preferences in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Select a GMT time zone from the drop-down list and click Save Changes.

Note

Upon saving the changes, all information about the date and time of various exchange operations will be updated according to a selected time zone

View Changelog

To access logs providing general information about actions performed by exchange users, navigate to Logs in the Admin Panel main menu.

You can click the funnel button displayed at the top of this screen to display only actions performed by a specific user during a certain time period.
