Change User Role⠀

User Roles

Important

The Admin user role is required to perform the following actions.

  1. Navigate to Users.

  2. Click the More options () icon in the right part of the user’s row, then select Edit role(s).

  3. Click Roles, then select one or several roles for the user. The following roles are available:

  • Vip. User with custom commission settings

  • Hedging. This role is for special financial accounts. No restrictions applied, but transactions of these users are ignored when calculating Total Asset Amount, Total Commission, Total Volume, and Total PnL

  • User. Restricted to place orders; allowed to perform transfers

  • Demo. Restricted to perform transfers and place orders

  • Trader. No restrictions applied

  • Market-Maker. No commission applied

  • NoCommission. No commission applied

  1. Click Proceed.

Restrict Access or Delete a User

User Statuses

Important

The Admin user role is required to perform the following actions.

  1. Navigate to Users.

  2. Click the More options () icon in the right part of the user’s row, then select Change status.

  3. Select the status for the user:

  • Frozen. Temporary restrictions. Frozen user can access the exchange, but will not be able to perform any actions

  • Terminated (Deleted). Terminated user will have no access to the exchange. Note that this status cannot be changed

  1. Confirm user status change in the pop-up window.

  2. Click Proceed.

View User Account Activity

On the Login Info tab the following information is displayed:

  • Login At. Date and time of user’s successful log in

  • IP. User’s device external IP address

  • Country. Determined by the IP address

View User Trade History

  2. Use quick search to find a user by email or nickname.

User’s trade history list is displayed on the page. Use filters to narrow the list to your needs.

Filter Users by Asset

  1. Navigate to Balances > Assets.

  2. Use quick search to filter users list by an asset.

  3. Click a user in the list to display the defined asset balance.

Transfers⠀

Generate Overall Transfer Report

  1. Navigate to Transfers.

  2. Click the XLS icon in the upper right part of the page to prepare the report.

  3. Click the Download icon (↓) in the upper right part of the page.

The Downloads pop-up window opens.

Note

  • The latest prepared report is placed at the top of the list

  • Reports are downloaded as .xlsx files

  • Downloaded reports are removed from the list

  1. Click the Download icon (↓) in the Downloads pop-up window to download the report.

Filter Transfer Records

  1. Navigate to Transfers.

  2. Click the Filter icon.

  3. Define the filter criteria:

  • Time: From / To. Click to open the calendar, then select the date, or enter the date manually (MM/DD/YYYY format)

  • Type. Select transfer type: Deposit or Withdrawal

  • Asset. Click to select an asset from the dropdown list

  1. Click Apply filters.

View Trade Counterparty Details

Transactions

  1. Navigate to Transactions > Trades.

  2. Click on the trade in the list to view its details.

You can see the Counterparty ID value in the table.

View Details of Trade Participants

See also

Trades

  1. Navigate to Transactions > Trades.

  2. Click the More Options () icon in the right part of the trade’s row, then select Detail.

The trade initiator email address is displayed in the upper part of the page. The counterparty email addresses are listed in the main part of the page.

View Order ID of the Trade

  1. Navigate to Transactions > Trades.

  2. Click a trade in the list to view details.

Order ID of the trade is displayed in the Order ID column. Several orders ID may be displayed for limit type orders.

View Trades for Specific Market

  1. Navigate to Transactions > Trades.

  2. Click the Filter icon.

  3. Click Market, then select a market from the dropdown list.

  4. Click Apply filters.

View Total Traded Volume in Asset

Navigate to Commissions > Assets.

The total traded volume in each asset is displayed in the Volume USD column. The value is recalculated and displayed in the exchange root currency (for example, USD).

View User Traded Volume in Asset

  1. Navigate to PnL > Exch Asset PnL.

  2. Use quick search to find an asset.

User traded volume in asset is displayed in the Volume USD column. The value is recalculated and displayed in the exchange root currency (for example, USD)

View Total Traded Volume

Navigate to Commissions > Assets.

The total traded volume is displayed in the upper part of the page.

Roll Back Trade

Important

The Admin user role is required to perform the following actions.

Note

You can revert trades only for users with status Frozen, ref. to User Statuses

  1. Navigate to Dealing > Roll-Back.

  2. Click Date, then select a date from calendar.

  3. Define the time period.

  4. Click Search.

  5. Click the More Options () icon in the right part of the trade’s row, which requires a roll back, then select Revert position.

Note

Assets of all the participants of the trade will be reverted with the amount involved in the trade.

Orders⠀

Filter Orders

  1. Navigate to Transactions > Orders.

Note

By default orders of all types for the past 7 days are displayed in the list.

  1. Click the Filter icon.

  2. Define the filter criteria:

  • Created At: From / To. Click to open the calendar, then select the date, or enter the date manually (MM/DD/YYYY format)

  • Market. Click to select a market from the dropdown list

  • Order Status. Click to select order status from the dropdown list:

    • Working — the order is not executed or partially filled

    • Completed — the order is executed

    • Cancelled — the order is cancelled by user or because it was not filled (for Market FOK)

    • Rejected — the order is rejected due to some problem or user status (for “frozen” users)

    • Reverted — the order was reverted as a result of a trade rollback

  • Order Type. Click to select order type: Limit or Market

  1. Click Apply filters.

View Details of Limit Orders

  1. Navigate to Transactions > Orders.

Note

By default orders of all types for the past 7 days are displayed in the list.

  1. Click the Filter icon.

  2. Click Order Type, then select Limit from the dropdown list.

  3. Click Apply filters.

Note

Important

The Admin user role is required to perform the following actions.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Markets.

  2. Click Add market.

  3. Fill out the form:

  • Maker Fee. Maker fee rate

  • Taker Fee. Taker fee rate

  • BaseCurrency. Select the base currency from the dropdown list

  • QuoteCurrency. Select the quote currency from the dropdown list

  • Status. Select status from the dropdown list:

    • Open. Trading allowed

    • Paused. Trading is temporarily suspended. User can not place new orders

    • Halted. Trading is unavailable. All limit orders are canceled

  • Price scale. Decimal places of the displayed price

  • Amount scale. Decimal places of the displayed amount

  • Minimal Amount. Minimal amount of an order for the currency pair. Any created orders with less than minimal amount will be rejected.

  • Disable Tier Fees. Toggle defines if tier commission or general commission is applied to the market

  • Only Sell. Toggle defines if user can create only sell orders on the market

  • Only Buy. Toggle defines if user can create only buy orders on the market

Only one toggle can be enabled (Only Buy or Only Sell)

  1. Click Proceed.

Balances⠀

View User Aggregated Balance

Aggregated balance is the sum of all available client assets in the root currency of the exchange (for example, USD).

  1. Navigate to Balances > Users.

  2. Use quick search to find a user by email or nickname.

User’s aggregated balance is displayed in the Ag. Balance (USD) column. The value is recalculated and displayed in the exchange root currency (for example, USD).

View User Available Asset Amount

  1. Navigate to Balances > Users.

  2. Use quick search to find a user by email or nickname.

  3. Click the user to display the following information:

  • Available Amount Asset. Funds available for withdrawal at the moment

  • Available Amount USD. Available balance in the root currency of the exchange (for example, USD)

View Total Asset Amount

Navigate to Commissions > Assets.

The total amount of each asset is displayed in the following columns:

  • Asset Amount. The value is displayed according to asset currency

  • Asset USD Amount. The value is recalculated and displayed in the exchange root currency (for example, USD)

View User Paid Commission

You can view the user’s paid commission in all assets by navigating to the following menu sections:

  • Commissions

  • PnL

Method 1. Commissions

  1. Navigate to Commissions > Users.

  2. Use quick search to find a user by email or nickname.

User’s total paid commission amount in all assets is displayed in the Commissions (USD) column. The value is recalculated and displayed in the exchange root currency (for example, USD).

Method 2. PnL

  1. Navigate to PnL > User PnL.

  2. Use quick search to find a user by email or nickname.

User’s paid commission amount in all assets is displayed in the Commissions (USD) column. The value is recalculated and displayed in the exchange root currency (for example, USD).

Set Up a New Admin User

Admin Users

Important

The Admin user role is required to perform the following actions.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Admin Users.

  2. Click Add User.

  3. Fill out the form:

  • E-mail. User’s email, which will be used as a login to access the system. Must be defined in the correct format (for example, adminuser@example.com)

  • Nickname. Name displayed in the system. Only alphanumeric symbols are allowed (without special characters or blank space)

  • Password. Must contain at least six symbols including uppercase and lowercase Latin letters, special characters, and digits

  • Role. Dropdown list to apply user roles. One or both roles can be applied from the following:

    • Support. Permitted to change user status, and cancel deals (Roll-Back functionality)

    • Admin. Permitted to change user status, market status, user role, trade commission, withdrawal commission, and set new password for users

  • Enable Two FA (optional). If enabled, upon every login attempt a unique temporary verification code will be sent to the user’s email address

  1. Click Proceed.

Change Admin User Password

Important

The Admin user role is required to perform the following actions.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Admin Users.

  2. Use quick search to find a user by email or account ID.

  3. Click the Open settings icon.

  4. Click Change Password.

  5. Create new password.

Note

The new password must differ from the current password and must contain at least six symbols including uppercase and lowercase Latin letters, special characters, and digits.

  1. Confirm new password.

  2. Click Procced.

Attention

Previous password becomes invalid and can not be used to access the exchange.

Change Time Zone

Preferences

  1. Navigate to Settings > Preferences.

  2. Select a region from the dropdown list.

  3. Click Save Changes.

The exchange data (for example, date and time of the trade) will be displayed according to the selected region and its time zone.
