Transfers
On this page, you can view a list of deposits and withdrawals made by exchange users.
To include only withdrawals or deposits in the list, use the options displayed at the top of the page.
To filter the page data, click the funnel button that is displayed at the top of the page.
To create a summary report containing the page data, click the New Report button.
General Info
The following data is provided about each transfer:
The email of a user by which or to which a transfer was made.
- Asset
The asset ticker symbol and icon.
- Type
The transfer type: withdrawal or deposit.
- Amount
The transfer amount.
- Rate to USDT
The rate of a transferred asset to the exchange root asset (such as USDT).
- Amount, USDT
The transfer amount, in conversion to the exchange root asset (such as USDT).
- External Id
The identifier assigned to a transfer by an external platform.
- Transfer Id
The identifier assigned to a transfer by the exchange.
- Status
The transfer status:
Awaiting Confirmation— a withdrawal request was sent and awaits confirmationPending— a deposit request was sent and is pendingCompleted— transfer processing is complete (this is a final state)Failed— transfer processing failed (this is a final state)Canceled— a transfer request was canceled (this is a final state)
- Created At
The date and time when a transfer request was created, as per the exchange time-zone settings.

Upon selecting a transfer on this page, you are navigated to the Transfers tab on the Users page, where you can view the transfers made on the account of a selected user.
