Block or delete a user
This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.
By default, each user profile is assigned the Active status, ensuring that users have full access to the exchange and can perform any operations on it according to their assigned user roles.
To change the status of a user profile, proceed as follows:
Navigate to the Users page in the Admin Panel main menu.
Locate a user in the list. You can use quick search to find a user by email.
Position your mouse pointer over the user, and then click the gear icon.
If the tiles view is enabled for displaying the page data, click the details button (⋮) that is located in the tile header, and then select Change status.
Select the user profile status:
Frozen— with this status, the user is not allowed to perform any actions on the exchange while retaining read-only access to it unless the
Activestatus is restored.
Terminated— with this status, the user is permanently denied access to the exchange and is no longer allowed to perform any actions on it.
Once a user profile is terminated, this action cannot be reverted.
Click Proceed to save the changes.
