Roll back a trade


This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

To revert a trade executed by an exchange user, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Dealing > Roll Back in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Filter the trades by specifying the following options:

  • the time period during which the trade was executed, as per the exchange time-zone settings

  • the email of a user who placed the trade

  • the market on which the trade was placed

  1. Click Search to display the list of trades meeting the specified criteria.

  2. Locate the required trade in the list and click ↩ Revert position.


You can only revert the trades that were executed by users with the Frozen profile status.

To locate a trade that was executed while filling a limit order, click the ellipsis button to view the order details. Select the trade that you want to roll back and click Revert.
