View the amounts of user assets
To view the total amount of each asset on the accounts of a specific user, as well as the amounts that a user is free to withdraw, proceed as follows:
Navigate to Users in the Admin Panel main menu.
Locate the user in the list. You can use quick search to find a user by email.
Select the user to switch to the details page containing the following information:
Current Amount — the total asset amount on a user account: Total assets = Locked assets + Available assets.
Locked Asset Amount — the amount of locked assets on user accounts: Locked assets = Total assets − Available assets.
The locked funds are reserved to ensure execution of open limit orders placed by users. These assets cannot be withdrawn from the user account.
Available Asset Amount — the asset amount which the user is free to withdraw: Available assets = Total assets − Locked assets.
These totals are also displayed in conversion to the exchange root asset, such as USDT.
