Reports

On the Reports page, you can find different tabs where you can find the report history, download the reports configured on various Admin Panel pages, as well as customize the created report templates and update the report generation schedule.

You can find a report template by its name using the quick search field.

History

On this tab, you can find a log providing the following data about created reports:

  • Report Name — indicates the name of a report.

  • Template Name — indicates the name of a report template.

  • Section — indicates the Admin Panel page on which a report was configured.

  • Format — indicates the report file format (XLS or CSV).

  • Filters — indicates whether filters are applied to a report.

  • Status — indicates whether a report was generated.

  • Date Created — indicates the date and time when a report was generated.

To access the report options, position your mouse pointer over a report and select the action that you want to perform:

  • Click the down arrow icon to download a report.

  • Click the bin icon to delete a report.

Note

Once downloaded, a report is stored for 30 days.

Reports that were not downloaded, are stored for 7 days.

You can enable the Hide expired reports option to display only the reports that are not expired.

Templates

On this tab, you can find a list of configured report templates, with the following data provided about each template:

  • Template Name — indicates the name of a report template.

  • Section — indicates the Admin Panel page on which a report was configured.

  • Format — indicates the report file format (XLS or CSV).

  • Filters — indicates whether filters are applied to a report.

To access the report options, position your mouse pointer over a report template and select the action that you want to perform:

  • Click the pencil icon to edit the report template.

  • Click the play icon to generate a new report based on a selected report template.

  • Click the bin icon to delete a report template.

Scheduled reports

On this tab, you can find a list of scheduled reports, with the following data provided about each report:

  • Template Name — indicates the name of a report template.

  • Section — indicates the Admin Panel page on which a report was configured.

  • Format — indicates the report file format (XLS or CSV).

  • Filters — indicates whether filters are applied to a report.

  • Started At & Repeat — indicates the date and time when report generation was started, along with the periodicity at which a report is generated.

To access the report options, position your mouse pointer over a report template and select the action that you want to perform:

  • Click the pencil icon to edit the report template.

  • Click the play icon to generate a new report based on a selected report template.

  • Click the bin icon to delete a report template.
