Add a new admin user


This operation can be performed only by users assigned the Admin role.

Proceed as follows to create a new user profile with administrator permissions:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Admin Users in the Admin Panel main menu.

  2. Click the Add User button displayed at the top of the screen.

  3. In the dialog window that is invoked, specify the following settings:

  • E-mail — the user email that will be used to log in to the exchange

  • Nickname — the user name displayed in the Admin Panel; can include only alphanumeric symbols, without special characters and blank spaces

  • Password — the user password; should contain at least six characters including both uppercase and lowercase Latin alphabet letters, as well as special characters and digits

  • Role — one of the following roles can be assigned to users granting them access to the Admin Panel:

    • Support — users with this role are permitted to change the status of other users and cancel (roll back) trades

    • Admin — users with this role are permitted to change the status of other users, update the market status, assign user roles, specify commissions charged for trades and withdrawal transfers, as well as set new passwords for exchange users

  • Enable Two FA (recommended) — enables two-factor authentication for users with administrator permissions, after which they will be prompted to enter a unique temporary 2FA verification code upon singing in; this code is sent to the user email upon each login attempt

  1. Click Proceed to save the changes and close the dialog window.
